You’ll learn a variety of tools including relaxation, breathing, comfort measures, labor positions, affirmations, etc to help you have an amazing experience. My goal is to give you the information and tools you need so that no matter what kind of birth you are planning, you are able to make the decisions that are best for you and your baby.
